1、 physical and chemical properties
Butyl rubber is the most widely used synthetic rubber in the world. It is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene. Rubber, mixed with natural rubber and butadiene rubber, is used to make tyres. If the use of carbon black is not strong, SBR is too weak to be used. After carbon black is strengthened, SBR becomes high hardness and wear resistance. High styrene resin latex rubber and styrene butadiene styrene content of 85%-87% mixed with a certain proportion after the copolymerization product is high styrene rubber (hijg styrene rubber), has good abrasion resistance, aging resistance, insulation, and high hardness, easy coloring, high temperature resistant performance is good, easy processing, but at low temperature poor performance. Rubber drawback is not oil resistance, poor weather resistance, not suitable for ultraviolet light, oxygen, and styrene butadiene rubber is the largest natural rubber, butadiene rubber and natural rubber, and the tensile strength, tear strength and elasticity increased; and with butadiene rubber can improve the wear resistance of elastic.
