The advantages of the ED ring in comparison with the O ring
ED ring is one of many industrial seals. It is a special seal for pneumatic couplings, such as pipe couplings,
hydraulic plugs and transition joints. It has better sealing effect than the traditional O ring.
The elastomeric seals are used as axial static seals for threaded oil and screw ends, and the cross section remains almost constant at high pressure.
Compared with the general O ring, the advantages are: the mechanical deformation of the cross section is small,
no relative movement during the pressure cycle, the excellent sealing performance is maintained for a long time, and the working pressure can reach 60Mpa
