1, installation requirements
1) sharp corners require deburring, blunt or chamfering, the installation of seals when the case of the need for protection, to prevent damage to the seal.
2) Any rust, dirt, debris or foreign particles must be cleaned.
3) Do not use tools with sharp corners.
4) Before installation, cylinder, rotary shaft and seal need to apply lubricant or grease. If you use grease, its ingredients can not contain solid additives (such as molybdenum disulfide or zinc sulfide and the like).
5) PTFE slip ring can be heated in oil or water to 80 ~ 120 ℃, PTFE slip ring will expand, so easy to install on the piston or rod.
2, the installation method
1) first put the O-ring into the groove, while pressing the PTFE slip ring into the heart, but be careful to prevent breaking.
2) Put the compressed PTFE slip ring on the O-ring, and then use a round bar (usually with 10 ~ 15 °) in a certain direction flattened PTFE slip ring, to restore the original size.
